What is the best Team Talk? The most efective one?

Hi there

i've tried some team talks like assertive, aggressive, calm etc. but no one seems to work 100%. So i'm looking for some help to find the best team talks at all situations i.e.

Kick of (same reputation, better teams and weak teams)

Half time (losing, draw, 1-0, 2-0 or better)

Full Time (win, lose or draw)

There was a guide written for FM15, just use that, still efffective.

There is no 'best'. Just base it on the context of the match, the run you're on and the players' body language. It's dead easy.
