Eritrea. Had average potential, but stats were amazing. 16+ for every technical stat that matters for a defender at the age of 16.

I'll go the opposite , I didnt find any amazing regen from belgium this year , Im in my 3rd season with liverpool , and there isnt any amazing Belgium regen , quite shocking

Thailand, found an amazing winger in my Dundee game. There were lots of great Asian regens in that game in general. I turned a st from South Korea into world class also, but that isn't so rare
