What is wrong with me?

I don't know what happens, but everytime I manage a team, I perform pretty bad and I don't reach the targets for that seasons.
I made 5-6 signs on season and maybe that's the reason I am bad, but I saw that some of our guys are performing very well.

So, can someone tell me what I have to do to improve my managerial abbilities?

Have you got any screenshots of things like tactics, results, transfers etc.? Set the expectations lower. Use a training schedule - I use Tug's. Let the team gel. And finally, don't get frustrated - stay calm and be patient.

What team you managing?

Well, I managed many teams, like Aston Villa, Arsenal, Tottenham, West Ham, Millwall, Leeds...

My results are poor, however, and I can say this about tactics:
My home tactic works, but when I play away, I am so weak.

use hancuryahudis tactic it is amazing nd it may be ur squad hasnt gelled or arent confident

I throught it works bad because of my low experience I have in the game.
I mean when I join a big club, the Media calls me "Inexperienced for this job"
I started with a League One club, but I am still ****, maybe because of the many signings.
And another thing is that I am not patient and I always delete my saved games.

Try setting yourself to have more experience at the start of a game if that bothers you...
