Do you guys always go your own nationality or add a second one for some fun / to help scouting / because you like the country etc??

Ive sometimes made my nationality Brazilian to have a chance at managing the national team, and once or twice gone a african or south american country simply because they can speak french / english and spanish etc.

Generally though I go welsh (as im welsh) and Northern Irish because I like to try and get all the manchester united reserves when they get released at the end of the first season.

Portugal/ Switzerland, youd have - Portuguease, spanish, english, german, french and italian languages!
Of course the problem with being Swiss is your always neutral!

always american 1st nationality as i can speak english but get usa done for scouting :) then usually argentinian as its easier to work with spaniards and argies and anyone else who speaks spanish, if not that then brazilian for portugese, or just italian.

Just Scottish, no others. Makes it more realistic. Sometimes add English as second nationality if I remember to change it.

I normally go German/Australian (I'm Australian) as I tend to manage in Germany the most.

I don't really like managing in England. The ******* work permits drive me up the wall! :@

Swiss and American
It helps me speak 5 languages(English,Spanish,French,German and Italian)
If only there was a way to speak Portuguese too.

Mine is always Russian no secondary

its got nothing to do with languages for me, ive always had one manager name and hes always been russian across all football games

In theory if you went:

Portugal/ Switzerland, youd have - Portuguease, spanish, english, german, french and italian!

Not a bad mix there, lol (H)

Malta - Maltease (100), English (80), Italian (40)
Portugal - portugeuase (100), spanish (10), english (5)
sint martin - dutch, english, french (0)
switzerland - german 66, french 22, italian 12
Dutch - Dutch (100%), English (90%), German (20%)
Equatorial Guinea, (Spanish 95%), French (55%), Portugease (20%)

I always have my original nationality, Macedonian, as my main nationality.
When managing Milan, I add Italian as second, but only because I'm tired of the "ZOMG how will you manage without knowing the language?!?!" Everyone know English these days so it kinda makes no sense...
But when starting unemployed I don't add a second nationality.

Normally I go Portuguese and Swiss too :P

But sometimes, when managing Milan, I go Italian only, or portuguese-italian.
