what players can I buy?

I am playing as birmingham, start of my third season, im supposed to acheive a safe mid table position.
I have 26M to spend.
I need a striker (max about 7M and needs to score lots)
I need a strong CM with fairly good long shots (not cost alot)
I need a replace RM, he can be bad just needs to be fairly fast
I need a strong, tall CB
I need a good left midfielder (6M max)
I need a first team left back (4M roughly)
Also Amr Zaki (CF) wants to leave, shall I sell him and if yes who can I use to replace him (6-6.5M i can get for him so will have that to spend on new one)
Also Ben foster (GK) wants to leave, shall i sell him and if yes who can i use to replace him (can get 5M for him so need a good keeper for 5M)
is there a way to make them not want to leave, they wont take new contract? or should I just sell them.

cardoza good striker if your in the prem.
around 5.5 at begining of first season on 9.3 dont no value 3 years on though.

CB Beevers good young, becomes world class. prob around 21 on your game now.

GK scott Carson or Kirkland again dont no value. check out asenjo might be out of your price range though.

LB insua might still be at liverpool good young.
