well for starters you could see that best for your self i mean your at everton so you can kinda look for yourself

you can try to get players like matej rapnik who is free and a good prospect, vaclav kadlec free and great prospect, fausto rossi on loan not great yet but becomes world class if trained right, franco zuculini for £325,000 amazing, and I guess you could get Jonathon Cristaldo for about £210,000.
