Make a data base where you invert every players name and then change there nationalties to where they sound like
wayne rooney -> Yenoor Enyaw
English -> South African
Theo Wallcott -> Ttocallw Oeht
English -> North Korean
Gareth Bale - Elab Hterag
Wales -> Egyptian
Johan Elmander -> Rednamle Nahon
Swedish -> Welsh
It will take alot of work but im sure people will enjoy it!

Players like 'El Hadji Diouf' can just be removed, the dirty spitting *$£% but the top prem teams should be made!
Just think of the satisfaction you'll receive fielding a team like:
Tom Huddlestone -> Enotselddhu Mot
English -> Indian
Samir Nasri -> Irsan Rimas
French -> Iranian
Nemanja Vidic -> Cidiv Ajnamen
Serbian -> Serbian ... ... ... Doesnt quite work.
But you get the jist of it!!

How about making with me the new Philippine national league system, two tears with a college system in parallel (already tried to make a fantasy style league with a college system and it worked pretty well, it just needs some sorting in terms of players ages), I've already began to make logo and kits, just making the data is the bit I'm not so great with...
