What should I ask my board for next?

I took a look at my facilities for my Brighton club currently in the Premier League 13/14 season.
My facilities are:

Top corporate facilities
Adequate training facilities
Adequate youth facilities
Average junior coaching
Fairly basic youth recruitment

What would you recommend to ask to upgrade next?

I always like to upgrade Youth recruitment as soon as i can as it get better Regens but as the first team players need training aswell you could upgrade training facilities also the same for the youth as again you could upgrade the youth facilities.

Overall I Recommend

I would recommend upgrading the Youth recruitment and also trying to upgrade the Training Facilities or the Youth facilities.
