Hi guys,
My story starts off as Norwich in the championship, season starts great taking 13 points from the first 5 games, then it all went downhill, i found myself 17th after 23 games, on very poor form and on the verge of the sack. I seen the chesterfield job became available so i applied and took the job there, fancying a challenge. When i joined they were 17th, facing a relegation battle for the rest of the season, but im happy to say, i turned them around and ended up finishing 13th, just 5 points of the playoffs, now im into the 2nd season and i think i have a really good team, playing 4-3-3 and im a contender for the league title. Now 13 games in im 12th with 20 points, not doing well at all, im considering resigning, but i think thats a bit stupid, so should i change things around and hope for the best, or resign and hit the job centre?
Thanks
