I've been managing QPR for a few years now after a poor first venture into management at Wigan.
Ive been at QPR for three years where i have completley evolved the squad and have now finally got the side promoted as champions on the last day of the season.
Now Arsene Wenger has retired and ive been offered the job at Arsenal (god knows how) so what do i do, theres no investment in the club really here but its my shot at the big time with this club ive developed or do i go for the big time with Arsenal now, i always wanted a bigger job but i always thought it would be after one season in the premier league what should i do??

Stick with QPR, try and keep them up and safe then if any other offers come along jump ship :p

What you could do is save the game. Accept the Arsenal job. Save it is a different save name. Load up your QPR save. Reject the job and save again. Have a go at both. :)

i use to do that but i want it to be like a full career where i live and die by the decision, delayed it for a week but really stuck :/

Oh right. Personally, id stick with QPR. Your bound to get more oppurtunities at a higher club anyway. Win a couple of trophies with QPR and then look somewhere else. :)

I would accept the Arsenal job. If it doesnt work out at Arsenal there are loads of teams on QPR's level who would offer you a job.
But think about the possibilities of turning Arsenal into THE dominant force of English football. If the thought of challenging at the highest level doesnt appeal to you then stay with QPR.

Agree with BeadSTARR. Stick with QPR and try to get them into the Premier League first. More options would be available to you by then.

i have just got them into the premier league mate its whether to stay and try and keep them up or not

There are going to be plenty of teams that need 'keeping up' but are there going to be many opportunities to manage a top team? most of the time top teams only get rid of their managers when they arent doing very well so i'm presuming they are not doing too bad if Wenger has retired?

Oops misread your OP. Well, for me, its more fun and challenging trying to keep up a newly promoted side.

What you should do is make the decision yourself.

I hate these threads.
