What staff should i bring in for my club?

I've just started a save with Arsenal and i have just finished contract negotiations with Cruijff. Is this a good move? Also who else should i bring in?

Forget referring to staff by name. Huge mistake.

*** Man = Tac Knowledge, Adaptability & Motivating over 15.

Coach = Discipline, Motivating & Determination over 15, plus the desired coaching attribute over 15

Scouts need adaptability and determination over 15, plus the scout stats.

If you just hire big names, you won't notice when their stats drop and your training suffers. Review your staff every 18-24 months, and don't be afraid to fire them.

Just wondered mate im the guy who sold his game :), and to answer your question a lot of the brazilian league or unaffiliated staff such as Carravetta, Ze Mario and Sbraglia are excellent choices, and Bisciotti too,
