What tactic should I use for Ajax?

Was planning to respond to this post but forgot.
Ajax has some decent Advanced Playmaker type players (6 in total if I'm correct). So your attacking AMC and CM positions should be nicely filled. Janssen is great on AMC or MC as you main playmaker, and you have Eriksen
and Lodeiro who are great too!
Strikers:
El Hamdoui is a good poacher or Deeplying forward. Sigthorsson is supposed to be a future cheap 'Cavani'.
Wings:
The wings are under populated, the only decent wing players are Sulejmani, Boerrigter and Aissaiti.
Sulejmani (left footed) can play on all AM positions and can be backup striker as poacher. Boerrigter is a ML or AML, his speed should be updated btw as he is freakin fast irl. Aissati can play on all AM positions and can be retrained to CM.
Def midfield:
Enoh is about the only Defensive Midfielder, so buy another for backup. Supporting midfielders are rare too, you have no Deep playmaker and if I'm correct De Jong is your only Box-to-Boxer. Potential buy in this area here.
Defenders:
Defense wise you need backup for the DC positions as Ooijer is already 37 or so and too slow.
A better DL would be wise as Blind sucks, Boilesen is a talent and Anita is a decent backup as DL and DR.
So how to translate this into a tactic...
I like to play using a realistic Ajax tactic, this seasons it's 4-5-1. I sell El Hamdaoui cause he's an *** in real life
I use Sigthorsson as S (DLF or Complete supp), Boerrigter as AML (winger att), Sulejmani as AMR (ins. forward att), Janssen and Eriksen as CM's, Enoh as DMC. Defense should speak for itself.
You could retrain Lodeiro to AML and Serrero to AMR. Or keep them as backup and buy a new AML/AMR.
If you use all those attacking midfielders you could also try a narrow 4-2-3-1 with 3 AMC's. You may need to buy a supporting/defensive player for CM though.
Another thing you could try is use Raikan's tactic from his Ajax story, tactic here. Done with Ajax, nice read btw.
