What tactic to use with Arsenal?

I have just started a career on FM13 with Arsenal, and after 3 games, I have drawn 2 (Fulham and QPR) and lost to Norwich, leaving us 16th. I have only scored 1 goal so far and am struggling to find my tactics are paying off. My current XI in a 4-2-3-1 formation is: Szczensy, Sagna, Koscienly, Vermaelen, Santos, Chamberlain (soon to be Wilshere when he returns from injury), Arteta, Podolski, Cazorla, Aubayemang (from Saint-Eteinne) and Giroud. I have signed Gary Cahill, Stefan de Vrij and Mark Bunn (as good back up keeper). Has anyone got a good tactic to share when playing with Arsenal?

When I look at your results, you have being conceding goals to teams you should be beating convincingly so for the next few games i would change your formation from 4-2-3-1 (to) 4-1(defensive mid)-2-3.
my starting XI would be Szczesny GK, Sagna RB, Koscienly CB, Mertersacker CB, Vermaelen LB , coquelin DM, Arteta MC, Cazorla MC, Walcott W, chamberlain W, Giroud ST. you should also try using players such as Arshavin and Ramsey to change things around.
The players confidence is low atm so this should help you hopefully from conceding goals.
