what tactics do i use against this...

hi everyone,

currently playing a network game with a friend who's been using one of the tactics downloaded from here (http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=1671)
any suggestions on how to handle this formation/tactic?

WBR CB CB WBL
CDM
MC MC
ST ST ST​

Wing back(s) - automatic
cdm - defend
mc - advanced playmaker (attack)
mc - deep lying playmaker (support)
deep lying forwards (support)
Poacher - attack

I could upload a different tactic to this if you like but not sure how to upload tactics :S
