It depends on what league you want to play in. I love Spanish football and I find that La Liga is a great challenge. Almost all of their teams have a lot of debt, its difficult to overcome the Barca/Madrid stranglehold and most of the clubs have at least a couple of good prospects due to the recent Spanish youth dominance. Resurrecting Betis is a good-but not insurmountable-challenge as is trying to succeed with Bilboa (Munian and Javi Martinez are AMAZING). Malaga is fun and if you want to start in Liga Adelante then you could try Deportivo or Las Palmas. Those would be my Spain suggestions.
