What to do first?

I just bought Football Manager 2012 today I was wondering what the first thing I should do is?

Erm.....I'd have thought make sure steam is in to activate it oO)

Get familiar with the interface. Manage the big teams so you get to know what the game is. If you think you're ready, challenge yourself like bring up bad teams to the top etc...

I think it would be a good idea for you to prepare in advance 4 weeks of food in order to save your time in near future.
