What to do when it all goes wrong?

Basically, I've played a number of seasons in the championship with Ipswich town. It always goes the same way, I will do well until like November/December, but then my tactic just stops working.

I have good players, but once it gets to this time I just can't win.

I'm curious, what do people do when this happens... How do you spot what the problem is? And what is the best way to solve it..

I'm talking generally, not tactically specific... It seems to happen whatever tactic I play!
 
Based on my experience problem is when the tactic becomes 100% fluid. Its like it tells you "AI learned your tactic" and not what supposed to : that YOUR TEAM learned your tactic.

As for what i do, i am so frustrated with the game after 14.2.1 patch that i rage quit and rage delete all my rolling save files. :p
 
go back to fm13 like i have done its more fun this game at the mo takes the ****
 
Change your training to: general \ average ; match def positioning 10percent
 
The problem is that the AI has figured out your tactic. By december you will have played half your games and start playing the same teams again either away or at home. The teams you beat last time would have learnt from thier mistakes and adjusted to counter your tactics. That is why the game lets you save 3 tactics in your. You need to vary your play style. Don't use one 1 tactic for a whole season. I have 3 tactics from which I choose from according to which team I am playing

Also train team cohesion, it will help a lot
 
Theres so much more to it than tactics, what about determination of players, abilities, morale? Where tactics are concerned get 3 on the go which all vary so you can adapt to each game you play, there's no way they can suss you out then
