after playing fm11 for a while now iv found myself getting rather bored with the game. after winning everything im after a new challenge or something different to bring the fun back

Start with a BSN/BSS team and make it from there. Whole different set of challenges involved in that.

If you wanna make it even more challenging, start unemployed

Start unemployed with a Sunday league rep and build your rep up. Will take a long time but will be a very good challenge.
