ive bought this regen and he has the potential to be 198:D but hes currently 86:( so what do i do with him? play him in reserves/youth team or keep him in my first team and just sub him on at half time?

Play him in the reserves team for a bit. If he performs well give him the last 10mins of a match for a few games and gradually build up the time he plays. But keep him in the reserves for at least half a season.

Yeah play him at the reserve team... Make a special tactic for him... Just make your first team's training a little less hard...

i dont think you can play him in your first team until he's 16, i think thats the rules in english football anyway, on match days the player comes up as ineligible, and since you cant loan him out until you give him a proper contract, its looks like a stint in the youths and reserves for the lad.

as for the title, "What to do with a 15 year old?"... leave her well alone, or tell the police she told you she was 18.
