hello,

i dont know what to do wuth my young talented players, and with young talented players i mean players under 19 and players who play in my reserve team,

my training is 7 stars youth, and senior.

now should i let them stay in my youth team- reserve team, should i loan them out to a club, or loan them out to my affiiliated club ( all low teams)

thx,

I have also recently bought 8 "wonderkids" for my ManUtd team... I keep them in my Main squad but don't play them for any matches... they train and I have made them available for reserves they play there to get experience.....

Example: Henri Saivet -- a wonderkid I got at ManUtd... I put him on a special training and he is playing in reserves and doing a wonderful job there.. I'm getting very good progress reports from my assistant manager about his games in reserves... He is the man of the match most of the time... so, when he is professional enough to play in the main squad then I'll start playin him ....

Your idea about loaning them to lower football clubs, sounds good to me...

Give them out for loan, I would say... That's probably what I'll start doing after ur suggestion...

I think I would give them to lower club in the main league whatever country... I wouldn't want them to play 2nd league football, they'll get more experience in the main league... and obviously lower teams are always ready to play them in their main squad... if you give them to bigger club, they might always just sit there in the squad and play 10 or 15 min sometimes..

As a suggestion, I would advice some lower team in Spanish Primero... like Zaragoza, Espanyol, malaga or mallorca... whatever you choose..
This is what I'll start doing right away tonight, I think.... ;)

for youngster you got to take a gamble,

tutor them eg vela got tutored by van persoe on mine and i played vela all my games in my first season had to drop van persie so vela can play upfront with adebayor

and he scored 25 games and 10 asists and he stats shot up hes immese now, also he learned all van persie perferred moved etc.

if you loan them out and never give them run of games in your squad, they will not reach to thier max potential

but playing your youngsters you might have drop one of your star players eg i had to drop van persie which i didnt want 2 since he has got amazing stats.

shouldnt loan them out, first-team is the most important to give them.

Your suggestion seems much better to me... Thanks for sharing, mate!

what i do with my youngester if they only starting to get good is I will send them on loan to get match fitness and playing games also i will give them a mentor so they can learn from them. It easier to get an affliate club and then just send them too them and they usualy play and you can recall them whenever you want and send them back whenever you want to them!

Try see if the board can get you a new affliate club (in my aston villa league i got Airdrie Utd so they usually get a run out and are in only one league bellow Scot Prem)

Shukhratbek - why did you thank me three times? ;)

Depends on the club you loan them out to... if they're playing at a level lower than what your wonderkid is able to play, he's not going to learn much, also if they have poor training facilities it's not gonna help him progress so much either!

You just have to look at the club that wants him on loan, check to see if he'll get his game regular and how good the training facilities are, and if both boxes are ticked, wave goodbye to him and send him on his way, if the teams not up to scratch, stick him on your bench for the easier games, and once your leading comfortably, bring him on to clock up some minutes on the pitch!!!

Well, that's me... 8-| I'm quite genereous...... ;)

PS. by the way, R.Madrid is offering £70 million or more (!!) for Christiano Ronaldo.... don't wanna sell him but i'm sure they will want him to spend as much as £90 million for him....... any advice? should I still sell him if they offer such a "crazy" price? (6)

yh i would sell him then with the money get messi :)

if you sell him you should try to buy karim benzema and sell tevez then get another right winger like quaresma maybe.

also let your youngsters play in the cup games for 70 mins or so. and maybe games like liverpool if your winning easy bring them on last 10 mins to get them used to big games and big atmospheres.

DO NOT SELL HIM !!!! He's by far the best winger in the game, okay Messi's almost as good, but is very injury prone so will be in and out of your side!!! <!-- / message -->

you could do a new user and loan some players out to your new team

yes u should sell
get aguero and silva
or messi
or kaka

Nooooooooooooooooooooo. Keep him. Messi gets injured too much, too easily. Silva is overrated, as is Kaka. Ronaldo is the best winger in the game.
