Just out of interest, what is the most common browser on these forums.

Personally I use Opera and I have been using it for a few years now. Just doesn't get any better.

Mozilla, hate it but i've grown used to using it. I did have Avant Browser for a while and I was impressed with that.

Explorer..Only thing i know and dont see why i should change it.

Opera, this is the best thing since sliced bread

Opera as well.

IE is ****! it crashes, its slow and it doesnt load pages

I agree wiht gregstar, altho i use mozillla but when some low security stuff i use IE.

I use Mozilla cause it came with the computer...

I use IE because it came on my PC, and dont know where to get any others, but i have AOL internet so i just use that mainly.

Click the names in the poll if you want to know where to get the others from.

FireFox. IE is **** and I like how you can put your favourites just above the webpage bit and just click a button instead of openin the sidebar etc.

Clackerbag, you can do that in Internet Explorer and Opera.

Are you sure about IE. I mean when your fabourites are just buttons under the address bar.

Yes, I think you have to enable the 'links' toolbar.

Firefox. Did move onto Opera, although it was fast most of the time sometimes pages never loaded at all.

Also i have got used to Firefox. :)

Totally agree. Never had any probs with it

Firefox itself is barely any better than Internet Explorer. It's the Extensions that make it what it is.

Found this a while back and it helps firefox's performance alot.

I found this tutorial! Its Great! It Speeds Up Firefox By Upto 3 Times!

How To Do It!

First type "about:config" in your toolbar.
Then, search for :

- network.http.pipelining
- network.http.proxy.pipelining

Set them to "True"

After that, search for :

- network.http.pipelining.maxrequests

Change the value for 25~40. This determines how many requests firefox will send.

Now, Right+Click anywhere and select New>Integer.
Name it "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and put "0" for the value.

Now your Firefox should be ALOT faster!

Ja.
