Had a poor start to the season with Aldershot as I bought in 7 new faces, after 7 or 8 games the team really gelled together and I was winning 4-0, 3-1, 4-1 etc. Then form just fell off a cliff! I couldn't hit a cows **** with a banjo let alone score a goal? The morale of the team has died, I've players wanting to leave and all within 4 or 5 games?
