What would be the best tactic for liverpool?

i am about to start a new game with liverpool but dont no wat tactics and formation to use to get the best out of my players

I would also like some suggestions on who to buy and sell
 
I am using a 4-2-4 formation.
GK
DR DC DC DL
MC MC
AMR AML
FC FC

I sold babel for 9M, Veronin 5M, Kuyt, 14.5M, Aurellio 5M, Plessis 1.3M and Pacheco for 1.6M

Bought Treseguet 11M, van der Vaart and Kallstrom on loan, Lukaku 1M, Di Maria 5M

Also if you need a defender try Taylor from Newcastle (5M) instead of buying Di MAria (Banayoun can play IN AML)

Formation

GK- Reina, Cavalieri Sweeper GK Defend
DL- Insua, Dossena Full Back Support
DR- Johnson, Degen Full Back Support
DC- Carrager, Agger , Skrtel, Kyrgiakos Limited defender/ center defender Defend
MC- Mascerano, Lucas Ball winning Mid defend
MC- Van der Vaart, Kallstrom, Aquillani Advanced playmaker attack
AMR- Gerrard, Benayoun inside forward support
AML- Rieira, Di Maria inside forward support
FC- Torres, Ngog poucher
FC- Treseguet, Lukaku complete forward

Currently I am in December only lost one game 1-0 to Everton (Howard was doing miracles in the post). Won games against Man Utd 3-0, Arsenal 4-2 and Chelsea 2-0
 
do you play "play maker" in your tactic..? which one suite for gerrard, play as play maker or AMR?
