In future football managers I would like to see:
more realistic team ability eg not man u 15th and hull 4th
to be able to use manager wages eg invest in the club, get club shares
to be able to design your own stadium eg choose seat colour/seat pattern how many tiers,exact size,press rooms pitch size advertising boards, roof type, stadium type
To be able to build youth academies around the world and watch players come in
to have a wider club management ability rather than just a football manager eg control merchandise,stadium,youth academies,training facilities ect
to have more in season events eg more trial days otherwise it gets boring playing over 50 games with a few press conferences which get very boring
To have more board request options eg club management above
more realistic 3d games eg defender doesn't randomly stop
.......and improvements in all the great features that are already in the game
