What year should I do?

I am going to do a database for FM11 in which I will pick a specific year in real life (in the past 6 years) and make the database with players at the clubs they were at in the year. The question is what year should I do?

I voted 05/06 'cos I think if you do anything after that then the player's will still be fresh in people's minds.
If you do 05/06 though there will be player's in it some people will have forgotten about ,
