What's more satisfying?

I started a game unemployed got a job at Braintree (9.3.0 update) got sacked from there for some odd reason :/ but got a better job at Chelmsford who were top of the league at the time and finished 3rd on goal difference, I was just curious what is more satisfying, sticking with a team and going up with them and maybe accepting a job at another side if a good one comes, or changing teams a lot until you can get yourself to a top champions league level side? so what's better, sticking with the team, or changing?

Also just wondering if anyone could point out how to update the game with the latest patch because I've never bothered to do it before?

I find stiking with a team is more satisfying.

Probably because once your done you've chosen the team to your style of play and they should play well, you hope anyway.
