I'm managing Bristol City and I believe the 4-2-3-1 is the best option with the squad available.

I wanted to try and outplay my opponents by keeping possession. I succeed in doing that but my team isnt creating enough chances. Most of my games I finish with 55-66% possession but lose or scrape a draw through a lucky late equaliser.

I'm not moaning or criticising the ME as I know these things happen in football but it's just incredibly annoying when it happens over and over and you can't put your finger on why it's happening.

I currently sit 14th in January but I know this team can do a lot better.

You may have possession, but that means squat. Look at the shots vs shots on target ratio in the one screenshot. That's telling. You're shooting, but they don't seem to have any quality to them. I'd be interested to know why you selected Shoot On Sight?
