Whats Wrong ???

I have just gone onto my editor 2010, and it says something like make sure ive downloaded propley.

Shall I re-install or does anyone know what to do instead

On my old computer it came up with this, my problem was the memory I only had 512mb RAM on that machine and as soon as I upgraded it to 1GB it worked.
