When is the best time to make substitusions in a match?

I'm wondering that, during a match, at what point is a player's condition when you should substitute him.
 
Depends, follow your Assistant managers advice, usually when a player isnt playing well or when they are tired(fresh legs are devastating to tired defenses late on). If you are winning by a large margin why not give a youngster some experience whilest giving a star a much needed rest
 
Never sub someone who already has scored 2 goal.. Let him hat-trick or else he will angry..

I never sub a goal scorer unless they real ****, I always do a sub in the 65th min and usually bring on a youth in the last 10-15mins, thats just me though

Yeah i agree with this to, the amount of times ive subbed Dzeko accidentally (looking at his stamina and not wanting to risk injury) with out realising hes scored 2 already is to much and i regularly get quized in press conferences about why.
 
Well, if somebody has had a dismal 1st half, I take him off at half time.
If injured immediately.
Also if the persons condition is lower than 70% I take him off.
