I am currently playing my umemployment game, and as soon as i started the game the Senegal job was available. So yeh cut to the chase, i got the job. Im just wondering what you guys do when managing international teams because there are huge gaps between the games. Do you go on holiday till the next game or not?

Most people do yeah, until it's time to pick the next squad. Although it helps sometimes to watch some of your players in action in the month or so before you pick them.
