Hello.
i just started playing FM again, and i cant remember if i get a partnership with a club example from Spain, does i get a few youngsters from spain then or how do i get youngsters from outside my country? :)
 
Trying bringing in back room staff of the nationality of players you want to come to your club.
 
The vast majority of the regens will be from your own nation but what influences foreign regens is the number of nations in your scouting network.

With regard to partnerships you can also specifically request to look for a club to link with in order to 'recruit foreign youngsters', as it will say in the board request screen. These kind of links will then say something like 'team X can send players to train at team Y, with team Y benefitting by having some of these players come through the ranks'. One of my favourite links to make!

Nationality of backroom staff (including yourself if managing abroad) also effects nationalities of regens
