Just wondering, when I sell the player over lets say 24 months, how does the money the clubs sets aside from the sale for the transfer budget work? thanks

Divide the money, for example 48 million euros, for 48 months. Each month will take 1 million, so 12 million will be sacked each year from your transfer budget.

See when you buy someone on the 48mth plan. How much money do you need to have up front? Is it a years worth or a months worth?
Like when you agree to buy them it says you don't have enough funds or you need to adjust the budget before you confirm there transfer.

A year's worth on payments is removed from your transfer budget. It makes sense because that is your transfer budget for this year.
