When you build your own tactics what are your reasonings for your set-up?

Just wondering really...I tend to try and play how the team would in real life where some people have a distinct style they want to impose throughout the club. Does these kind of processes apply to you as well? just really curious about the in's and out's from other players.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I know how I want to play beforehand and I'm happy to completely change a team to play my style.

In a couple of saves I've ended up selling most of the first team because only 5-6 were able to play my style. It doesn't always work because changing the whole team can be quite a bad idea but I still do it because I don't want to takeover a team just to play the same way as the last manager did.

I'll make the decisions and the players will deal with it or be stuck in my reserves until their contracts are out and their careers are ruined.
