Where am i going wrong with liverpool?

in my 1st season with liverpool and cant seem to win a game. the board are getting really disappointed and need to turn it around fast. ive tried everything but nothing seems to work. could anyone please thank you. added screen shots for more info

you want to use a 4-3-3 for liverpool, play to their strenghts, two FB's on support, one CD on cover duty, the other CD on stopper duty, have a BWM (lucas) box to box (henderson) and gerrard (DLP) in midfield, then have suarez on the left as an IF, sturridge on the right as the right IF and acquire Damiao and make the striker position a f9

Your playing way to offensive, your defenders will have to play 1 on 1 alot most of the times that doesnt work out.
r u playing a direct style or shorter ?
