Where are my FM 12 folders on my computer ?

i have got this game and installed it.i can play it but i cant find were thefm folders are.i want to put it some add ons facepacks etc.folders on my documents with fm 12 are empty.i have modded other games before but not of steam.i have the cd of the game and used the steam code.i can play but i want to know where the folders are to add the add ons.thank you.

The fm12 folders in my docs should have a few empty folders, add any folders you need when your adding the add ons
