Where Is My Data Editor?

I cant find my data editor, it not in : MyDocuments/SportsInteractive/Data Editor2010, that file is just empty, im using Windows 7 and if i search in the start menu in the bottom left corner for data edtor i cant find anything, please help me

its in,

C drive/program files/sports interactive/footballmanager2010/tools/editor

or if you installed with steam,

C drive/program files/steam/steam apps/common/football manager 2010/tools/editor

if its not in there then you must have deleted or moved it. Try reinstalling your game (making sure to put your game saves on usb stick first)

when you have edited the game ( i changed wages allowed etc for norwich) how do you apply it in game? when i play the game, it wont let me play in the english leagues after using the editor.
