Where is the editor?

I have been looking around for it but i find the editor. I have looked in everywhere i can think.

If you have a rad of this then you should be able to find it. It varies depending on how you installed.

Anyway, I thought it came with the game anyway, just go computer>local>program files>steamapps>steam>tools>editor
