Where to improve? Liverpool 1 season winter

Hi,

I want to improve my Liverpool squad in winter.

My current team is: 4121

RB: Flanagan, Manquillo
CBR: Skrtel, Lovren
CBL: Sakho, Balanta
LB: Moreno
VM: Gerrard, Can, (Rossiter)
MC: Henderson, Allen
AMC: Lallana, Coutinho
LW: Depay, Roberts
RW: Markovic, Sterling,
ST: Sturridge, Ballotelli

*Skrtel & Lovren are in bad form. Sell Skrtel and bring in new CB?
*Moreno is only LB in squad but Flanagan & Can can play their if needed. Bring in back-up?
*Overall where do my team needs improvement.

Any recommendations for incomming & outgoing transfers?

I do not know my winter budget is big enough to change the squad immediately but it's also for further transfer windows..
 
Rodriguez (Wolfsburg) in for Moreno, I'd even flog Moreno - not a patch on him.
 
I brought in Sergi Samper as a defensive midfielder as a future replacement for Gerrard's sort of role. He has a release clause of around 10 million. Him and Can pretty much hold that down now and LB Rodriguez as mentioned above or Gaya from Valencia is another option as more of a rotational option.
 
Id upgrade RB (peruzzi or the lad from Milan) and replace Mignolet - sign Balanta as he's a top CB but pretty decent LB as well
Other than that I don't think major surgery is required, let the squad gel see how things sit in the summer

I personally replaced Lallana with Bernard of Shaktar in Jan
 
Youri Tielemans is a must have

Make sure you use Divock Origi, Don't loan him back out again
Lazar Markovic & Suso have huge potential so try to use them
