where to put the database files

hi im new to this and have never used a downloaded database before so i downloaded 2 databases to play on but have no idea were to put them so i can load them in game any help would be awesome

needs to besaved here:
documents>sportsinteractive>football manager 2011>editor data

(if you dont have editor data folder just right click and create new folder named editor data)

then when starting new game, tick the 'change' tick box and this will take you to a menu of any other databases you have, just tick the database you want to use and confirm

how do i load slf files... because my game only recognizes pft files so when i download a shortlist can't load if if its not a pft
