Where to put your talents?

If you have a player that is 19 y/o with 5 star PA and say 2-2.5 CA and he is playing unimportant games in cups and so on because you want him to improve, do you put him in the first team or U18?

First team, and allow the u18's to use him in their matches That way he trains with the best of the best (in your club) and gets regular gametime with either the 1st team or u18...

But does he not benefit from the coaches in U18 as they are better in training youngsters?
