Which addons and files?

Which addons, files and leagues should I update and run in new carrer where i will start with lower english leagues?

I guess it's up to you, there are a few I always add-on,

As many kitpacks and 3D kits I can find
Facepacks
Real Name Fix
Logos
Pictures - trophies etc
There's also a set of stadium images for the profile screen I use

For lower league English it depends how low you want to go. There are fan-made databases down to English level 22 if you want.
