Which are best 1st season commercial/financial feeder clubs??

I have just started my first season with Newcastle United in England and asked the board to find a commercial/financial feeder club they came back with five options these are
(Team,country,league,annual fee,reputation,training facilities,youth facilities)

Who would be the best to recommend of these teams ??
