Which defensive line to use?

I'm starting a game with Sevilla and I want to play with a 4-1-2-2-1. However I don't know which defensive line to use. I thought about a deep defensive line because I play with a DM, but I'm not sure about that. my defenders are:
Dabo--Caceres---Alexis---Sergio Sanchez/Gary Medel

Could anybody recommend me a good strategy for my defense?

if your defenders are slow use or if your up against very pacy strikers you should use deep defensive line. if your playin a high line try to play offsides too.
