Which Goalkeeper and centre back for Sevilla 2nd season

Have 19m to spend, max i would spend on a keeper is 10m of that.
I am undecided whether to go for Frey with his 10m release fee...but his age is a worry.
Ochoa for 4m.
Or Carizzo on a free and wait till Stekelenberg and Asenjo are available for free for 3rd season?

With the remaining funds i would like to get a cb to play alongside Bassong as i only have Escude, Fazio and Alexis.
Any recommendations?
 
GK: Boucher, Areola, De Gea (youngsters) - Stekelenburg/Asenjo are great too
DC: Boyata, Sakho, Darnel Situ (youngsters) - Roland Juhasz 25+, with right training he becomes a towering CB, not the fastest on the FM planet though
