Which is the best tactics if u want to skip the games by going on holiday.

ive tried loads of formations tht r out thr on various fm websites but none seemed to have wrked
so far.

ive also tried out various default formations in the game and some customs also.

So any help would be much appreciated .
 
The *** man will change anyway. but probably callamitys.
 
guys , the *** man doesnt chnge the formation if u tick on the option which says "use current tactics and lineup".
In fm 11,12 n 13 i had found a very good tactics(JP Woodys high scoring 424 tactic) for holiday mode but it does not seem
to work well in fm 14.

I hate watching all the games , it is so time consuming.
 
Why don't you just play classic mode? Pretty sure there's an instant result option.

That kinda defeats the purpouse of playing football manager, what else is there? Transfers? lol
 
I remember I use to go on holiday when I first started playing Championship manager 2003/04, I was 8 years old lol. But the thing is that it defeats the whole game. I find that option so stupid now unless I want to go on holiday till the next game. Believe me mate dont skip games you'll end up enjoying it more when you finished a whole season without skipping.
 
Skipping games also give your team a whole lot more injuries than if you play it, lost half of my squad once lol

He will game, he'll start with that as much as possible but during the match he will change as he sees fit.
