Which is the better 4-2-3-1, Monstrous plug and play or 4-1DM-1-3-1-Fluid-Invincible?

Hello, im currently managing Man City and needed advice as to which is the better 4-2-3-1 tactic based on those who have tried the two tactics. I would gladly appreciate the opinion of anyone who has used the tactics and has an idea of which is the better of the two based on success he has had with it. Thanks in advance

i shockingly have to agree to some degree.

Supremacy is awesome, and the beauty is you cna change mentality to play counter away in hard games, and you will completly **** on teams!
