which is the better league?

Looking at a save. with a mid table ish side or relegation
in either, the Liga bbva ( spanish )
or bundesliga (german)
which is a funner league or better to play in? any requirements for either of them or recommend a team
which needs a bit of work doing to etc??

liga bbva is more of a challenge. trying to upstage barca and real madrid. try bilbao, were you can only sign basque players. so you will have to rely on your regens and youth. really fun and challenging.
