606 is popular, but conversation about football outside of Britain is muted, with international league discussion limited to BBC blogs only.

Doesn't bother me seeing I just use it to discuss Bristol City.

http://www.footballforums.net is decent for general football discussion, but many of the Premier League sub-forums are dead. Tottenham are one of the more popular teams on the site though, so it doesn't bother me.
