which player should I retrain

Listed below are two amazing regens that came up through my youth academy. They both play RB and I was wondering which one/if any I could retrain. It feels like a waste having two great youth products playing the same position and I loathe selling academy products. So any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. BTW how hilarious is it that one of them is American? Thanks guys.
