Which Striker?

I'm Newcastle, and have just entered my second season. I managed to win the championship with them and I am now trying to improve the squad. I had a bid accepted for Fred and for Hugo Almeida, and was wondering which one do you think would be better?

I'd actually say Almeida, he's a great target man.

Also, whenever I've signed Fred, he's had issues settling in and once he got homesick so I was without him for a month or so because I gave him a leave of absence or whatever it is.

Fred is a great forward, but I would say Almeida. Maybe Cabanas(America), cheaper, and very good.
